Which employee data is synchronized from Personio to NetSuite?

Master data (name, e-mail, start date, employee ID), organizational data (department, location, company, supervisor), employment type and optional bank data (IBAN, BIC, payment format).

Can a Personio field be assigned to several NetSuite fields?

Yes, for example, the Personio field “Supervisor” can be assigned to the NetSuite fields “Supervisor” and “Expense Approver” at the same time.

Can I control which fields are imported?

Yes, you define exactly which Personio attributes are imported and can set import rules to filter updates or overwrite values.

Are bank details synchronized?

Yes, when the bank account module is activated, bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC, payment format) for salary and expense payments are transferred to NetSuite.

Can synchronization be performed manually or automatically?

Both. Automatic daily runs, manual individual imports or collective updates are possible.

Does the integration with Perk work?

Yes, in combination with the Perk-NetSuite integration, users can be synchronized across systems.
